"Mostly Good, Just One Mix-Up"
I ordered a few things from orvilles.com and most of the order showed up just fine. The only issue was one item came in a different color than the one I picked, which was a little frustrating since I know I double-checked everything before placing the order. It wasn’t the end of the world, but you’d expect the basics like color to be right. Delivery was on time and the rest of the items were okay. I’d probably order again, but hopefully they’re a bit more careful next time.

"Showed up faster than I expected"
I ordered from Orville's and was kind of pleasantly surprised when it got here earlier than I thought it would. The box looked good, and the driver left it right by my door, which was convenient. no issues at all, happy with how smooth it was

"The prices were fair and I do think..."
The prices were fair and I do think the value was good overall. That said, I kind of felt dismissed when I had a question, like they just wanted to move on quickly. Not a bad experience, but that part stuck with me.

"Super helpful sales guy"
I just went in recently the sales guy made everything really easy. He helped me figure out what I needed quickly, and since that experience is still fresh in my mind, I’m definitely feeling good about the place.

"Smooth install, no hassle"
Well... the whole install went really smoothly. The guys showed up right on time, kept everything neat while they worked, and took a minute to explain the basics before they left. I really appreciated that they didn’t leave any mess behind. Everything looks good and is working just like it should. Overall, I’m happy with how it all went...

"Not as sturdy as I hoped"
I was hoping this would hold up a bit better, haha. It seemed fine at first, but after a few weeks the quality started to feel kind of cheap.

"Absolutely the Worst Showroom Visit"
We walked into the showroom and I’m 100% convinced the staff completely ignored us like we weren’t even there. Not a hello, not an offer to help, nothing. It was easily one of the most awkward and disappointing visits I’ve had.

I went in looking for a few appliances, but, the selection was limited. A lot of the stuff I had in mind just wasn’t there, so, it was kind of disappointing.

"Overall, I had a good experience..."
Overall, I had a good experience with Orville's. I had a question about my order, and when the team got back to me, their answer was clear and easy to understand.

The only downside was that the first reply took a little longer than I expected, so it wasn’t exactly instant. That said, it was still within a reasonable time, and I really appreciated that they followed up later to make sure everything was okay

"Warranty repair worked out, just took a while"
I had to use the warranty for a repair, and it did get taken care of in the end. The people I dealt with were friendly enough, but the replies were slower than I expected, and I had to check in a couple of times to keep things moving. The repair came back fine, so no real complaints there. I just wish the whole process had been a bit quicker and more clear, if that makes sense.

"Fast reply and all sorted"
I had a question about my delivery and support got back to me really quickly, which was a nice surprise. I was kind of expecting a long wait, but nope, they sorted it out without any fuss. just made the whole thing easy, and yeah, really happy with how it went.
